Weekend project

I have made a few of these bags and made this one as a gift for a graduate. It took me 6 hours to complete from start to finish that included the time it took to cut everything out,iron the interfacing on and sew it. I really enjoy sewing so this was the perfect way to spend a saturday.

Memorial Day

I am a very patriotic person! I just love anything that has to do with the american flag. Here are a few pictures of how I decorated for memorial day.

Snack bags

I just love these snack bags. They are so much better then a ziploc you can reuse and reuse over and over again. I have just made a few and will be making more.I would like to try them with a zipper insted of the velcro. I think also I will use nylon instead of pul as that is much easier to sew with.

Disney World

This is just a sample of pictures to come! This was from when we were in Disney world at the beginning of may. Pretty neat how they grow the shrubs to be shaped like the characters!

Toy Story

Yes I love disney fabric! I made another bag out of this fabric just like the minnie mouse one. I actually made my own bag like this and used it while we were at disney world and got lots of compliments on it.

Minnie mouse bag

I just love this bag pattern, it only takes me about 30 minutes from start to finish on this bag and has no visible seams. I have made lots like it but this one is my absolute favorite. It could have velcro on it to make the bag close I just did not put it on.
